If you entered a valid email address prior to beginning your charging session, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. We will debit the invoice amount from your credit or debit card.

We are responsible to you for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Losses that we do not exclude or limit. Nothing in this contract shall limit or exclude our liability to you for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud; or (c) any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. This shall take precedence over any other exclusions or limitations of our liability in these Terms.
General. Only you and we (and no other person) have rights under these Terms. You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will let you know if we plan to do this. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of you breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will not be affected. You should print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference. These Terms, and any contract between us, are only in the English language. These Terms are governed by English law. If you bring legal proceedings before a court in respect of the PAYG Service, you may only do so in the English courts, except if you live in Scotland where you may bring legal proceedings either the Scottish or the English courts; or if you live in Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in either Northern Irish or English courts.
